Abstract
Objective To study the microscopic operation treatment of sellar meningioma clinical effect and influence factors of recurrence. Method Retrospective analysis of our hospital from November 2008 to November 2012, 268 patients with parasagittal meningiomas treated in our department in patients with clinical data, all patients were treated with microsurgical operation treatment, observe and analyze the extent of resection, postoperative mortality of operation and clinical complications, quality of life of the patients with tumor recurrence, etc. Result After different range of resection, patients KPS contrast show signiifcant difference (P < 0.05). The higher the WHO classification, the postoperative recurrence rate was higher, Cavernous sinus violation less postoperative recurrence in patients with a significant rise in patients with cavernous sinus, with signiifcant difference (P<0.05), between the variant and atypical meningioma patients postoperative recurrence rate is signiifcantly increased in patients with benign meningiomas, has the extremely signiifcant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion The preferred treatment for patients with parasellar meningioma operation excision, cavernous sinus invasion in patients should be closely observed, greater risk of anaplastic and atypical meningioma recurrence, should be routine in postoperative radiotherapy. Micro operation treatment of parasellar meningioma long-term efifcacy, should be popularized.关键词
