重症颅脑损伤患者采用损伤控制性手术的临床疗效分析

Abstract
Objective Clinical use of damage control surgery curative effect analysis for the treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Method Selected 92 cases of severe craniocerebral injury patients, in our hospital in August 2012 to December 2013 according to the random number table method grouped into control group and treatment group. Control group with traditional bone disc decompression treatment, the treatment group USES the damage control surgery. Observed two groups of patients with GCS score and quality of life scores before and after the treatment, prognosis and clinical curative effect. Result Before the treatment, the GCS score for patients with the control group (6.3±1.5) points, and the observation group patients (6.4±1.4) points was no signiifcant difference (P > 0.05);after treatment, the GCS score for patients with the control group (4.2±0.7) points, observation group patients (1.6±0.3) points, all had signiifcant difference compared with before treatment (P<0.05), but the observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). In addition, two groups of patients before and after treatment dramatically improve the quality of life score, prognosis and clinical curative effect of observation group was obviously better than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The damage control surgery in patients with severe craniocerebral injury, which can effectively improve the nerve function defect grade and prognosis of patients, improve patient quality of life.关键词
