复方莪术油栓联合抗宫炎片治疗支原体感染性宫颈炎的疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efifcacy of compound curcuma oil plug and Kanggongyan tablets cervicitis with mycoplasma infection. Method 410 patients of cervicitis with mycoplasma infection from January 2008 to December 2013 in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. The control group received azithromycin. The experimental group was treated with compound curcuma oil plug, Kanggongyan tablets and azithromycin. The bleeding, drain and cure time, mycoplasma-positive rate for 10 days and the total efficiency of two groups of patients were compared. Result The bleeding, drain and cure time in experimental group were signiifcantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01). The positive rate of the experimental group 10 days after treatment was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total efifciency of the experimental group 10 days after treatment was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups of patients had no signiifcant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion Compound curcuma oil plug, Kanggongyan tablets and azithromycin had better clinical efifcacy and decreasing clinical adverse reactions for cervicitis with mycoplasma infection, which is more effective than treatment with antibiotics alone and worthy of promotion.关键词
