摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy of flexible intramedullary nail and locking compression plates ifxation on treatment of children with femoral shaft fractures. Method 84 cases of children with femoral shaft fractures in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into lfexible intramedullary nail group (40 cases) and locking compression plate ifxation group (44 cases) according to random number method. The surgical incision length, operative time, blood loss and fracture healing time of two groups were compared. Result The required operation time, incision length, blood loss, fracture healing time of Flexible intramedullary nail group were signiifcantly better than locking compression plates ifxation group, the differences were statistically signiifcant (Pal <0.05). Flexible intramedullary nail group therapy excellent rate was 97.5%, higher than the locking compression plates ifxation group (93.18%), the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05). Conclusion There is no difference on the efifcacy of two different internal ifxation. But lfexible intramedullary nail has advantage of small surgical incision length, low operative time and fracture healing time, simply remove the internal ifxation after surgery, and without hospitalization, worthy of promotion.关键词
