Abstract
Objective Researched and analysed the influence factors of oxytocin used in late pregnancy induced labor failure. Method Adopted the method of control study and analysis, including 90 cases of induced labor winners for the team;40 cases of induced labor losers as the control group. Two groups of patients with clinical general information collection and induced labor data, etc., and adopted the method of multi-factor Logistic regression analysis and research. Result The study found that patients with pregnant time and the history of medical abortion and the preparation to the contractions are long, long to the end of the medication, medication to the delivery time was long, and the failure of single factor for preterm delivery with big newborn body weight (P<0.05). While pregnant time and long duration to the law of contractions and neonatal weight induced labor failure factors more greatly (P < 0.05). Conclusion Oxytocin used in late gestation induced labor are the main factors causing the failure of pregnant time and duration to the contractions more regular time and neonatal weight. Therefore, to evaluate patients need to be improved, and improve the medical personnel operation skill, ensure the smooth undergoing of induced labor reduce induced labor failure happens.关键词
