Abstract
Objective To study of curative effect of nedaplatin concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of 48 cases of cervical cancer. Method 96 cases of cervical cancer patients, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 48 cases in each. The observation group take nedaplatin chemoradiotherapy, the control group adopted the simultaneous release of cisplatin chemotherapy. Result The total remission rate was 95.83%in observation group higher than in the control group 79.17%, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.01). Metastasis and recurrence rate were less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). The incidence of myelosuppression and gastrointestinal toxicity, the observation group less than those in the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nedaplatin combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with cervical cancer, can effectively improve the survival rate of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve the quality of life.关键词
