Abstract
Objective To analyze the Mammotome of benign breast mass resection of 118 cases with complications after guided by ultrasound. Method From February 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital, a total of 528 cases of patients were diagnosed for breast surgery. The figures were randomly divided into observation group (264 cases) and control group (264 cases). On two groups of patients underwent lumpectomy. The observation group were treated by ultrasound guided Mammotome for breast mass excision; the control group underwent lumpectomy. Compared two groups of patients with postoperative curative effect, complications. Result The curative effect of therapeutic group was excellent accounted for more than 71.59%(189/264), the excellent and good rate was 93.56%(247/264), were signiifcantly higher than those in control group 47.73%(126/264), 64.77%(171/264). The differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The patients in observation group were 118 cases occurred complications, postoperative patients with hematoma occurred in 46 cases, 16 cases of pneumothorax, skin ecchymosis in 54 cases, after 6~24 months of followed-up, 2 cases of postoperative recurrence, were signiifcantly less than that of the control group of 54 cases, 21 cases, 63 cases, 19 cases. The differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). The observation group was (1.83±0.31) ml, amount of bleeding, bleeding when the length of (3.61±1.25) minutes, were signiifcantly less than that of the control group was (15.57±2.18) ml, (20.54±2.83) minutes. The differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound guided Mammotome benign breast tumor resection with fewer postoperative complications, and more remarkable curative effect, less recurrence, high safety, postoperative effect is more beautiful, is worth to be widely used in clinical routine operation therapy.关键词
