99Tcm-MDP whole body bone imaging combined with serum PSA testing in the diagnosis of prostate cancer bone metastases
摘要
Abstract
Objective Discussion 99Tcm-MDP whole body bone scan and serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA) clinical value of diagnosis of prostate cancer with bone metastasis. Method In 60 cases of clinically diagnosed prostate cancer patients underwent whole body bone imaging and serum PSA determination, and the bone metastasis and PSA levels by correlation analysis. Result Prostate cancer patients with bone metastasis rate was 72.5%. There is a signiifcant difference between the level of PSA prostate cancer bone metastasis group and non bone metastasis group (P < 0.05). Along with the bone imaging grading increased, the level of serum PSA increased gradually, and the correlation between. PSA>20 ng/ml in patients with bone metastasis rate was 90.7%, and PSA≤20 ng/ml, the incidence rate of 35.3%prostate cancer bone metastasis. Conclusion 99Tcm-MDP whole body bone imaging combined with serum PSA test has important guiding signiifcance for the clinical diagnosis of prostate cancer.关键词
