Abstract
Objective To combine early clinical treatment of lung cancer patients, evaluate the therapeutic value of thoracoscopic lobectomy on it. Method Patients with early stage lung cancer in our hospital 40 cases, with parity grouping method divided into control group and observation group, the control group of patients in which to be a traditional thoracotomy lobectomy, the observation group thoracoscopic lobectomy be combined with two the clinical treatment of patients, evaluated value of thoracoscopic lobectomy. Result All patients were successfully treated surgically. Observed among patients mean operative time, incision length, blood loss, postoperative drainage, postoperative hospital stay and other data were signiifcantly less than the control group, P<0.05;two groups of patients statistical incidence of complications was observed group was also signiifcantly less than the control group, P<0.05, the relevant comparison was statistically signiifcant. Conclusion For patients with early stage lung cancer, take thoracoscopic lobectomy can effectively improve the clinical efifcacy, with better security, worthy of promotion.关键词
