无痛胃镜在诊断胆汁反流性胃炎中的临床应用探析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of diagnosing bile relfux gastritis by gastroscope. Method Chose 120 patients and divided into study group and control group. Patients in control group were examined by routine gastroscopy, and the study group were examined by painless gastroscopy, compared the effect of the two groups. Result The detection rate of study group was signiifcantly better than control group (P<0.05). The peristalsis of stomach in study group was signiifcantly lower than control group (P < 0.05). The adverse reactions in study group was signiifcantly lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Examining the patients with bile relfux gastritis by painless gastroscopy can make diagnosis more accurate, it has less adverse reactions, safe and worth to extend in clinic.关键词
