Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of treating schizophrenia with depressive symptoms using aripiprazole combined with Venlafaxine Sustained-Release Tablets. Method Chose 70 patients evaluated by HAMD to divide into study group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with aripiprazole, and the study group were treated with aripiprazole combined with Venlafaxine Sustained-Release Tablets. The course of treatment was 8 weeks, compared the effect of two groups. Result The score of HAMD on the 2, 4, 8 week in study group was signiifcantly lower than control group (P<0.05). The clinical effect of study group was signiifcantly better than control group (P<0.05). The score of TESS in study group was lower than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Treating schizophrenia with depressive symptoms using aripiprazole combined with Venlafaxine Sustained-Release Tablets is effective to improve the treatment effect and worth to extend in clinic.关键词
