Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of treating depression with anxiety disorder using venlafaxine. Method Chose 106 patients from January 2011 to January 2012, divided into study group and control group. Patients in control group were treated with lfuoxetine (20~40 mg/d), and the study group were treated with venlafaxine (75~225 mg/d). The course of treatment was 8 weeks. Using HAMD and HAMA to evaluate the treatment effects, and using TESS to judge adverse reactions. Result The total effective rate of study group was signiifcantly higher than control group (P<0.05). The score of HAMD and HAMA in study group was signiifcantly better than control group (P<0.05). The adverse reactions of study group was less than control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with lfuoxetine, treating depression with anxiety disorder using venlafaxine is effective to improve the treatment effect and worth to extend in clinic.关键词
