右归丸对肾阳虚大鼠垂体-性腺轴动态影响的实验研究
The dynamic effects of yougui bolus on pituitary-goand axis in the kidney yang diifciency rats

Abstract
Objective To explore the change law of kidney yang deifciency syndrome, the dynamic effects of yougui bolus on pituitary-gonad axis in the kidney yang diifciency rats was observed. Method 90 SD male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, normal control group, model group and yougui bolus group. The rats were given hydrocortisonc by intramuscular injection for 29 days to made diifciency of kidney yang models. Rats in normal control group and model group were administered with normal saline by oral gavage, and rats in yougui bolus group were given by yougui bolus from the 8th day for 22 days. Hormone contents of FSH (follicle stimulating hormone), LH (luteinizing hormone) and T (testosterone) in sera of the pituitary-target gland axises were measured by radioimmunoassay on the 15th day, 23th day and 30th day. Pituitary and testis were weighed. Result There was an obvious adjustment function of yougui bolus on pituitary-goand axis in rats with kidney yang deficiency. In the early period, on the 15th day, FSH changed synchronously compared to LH and T. Conclusion The adjustments is dynamic of yougui bolus on pituitary-gonad axis in rats with kidney yang deifciency.关键词
