腔镜辅助下保乳术结合新辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the laparoscopic-assisted breast conserving surgery combined with breast clinical efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer. Method Of early breast cancer patients from March 2010 to October 2012 were treated 90 cases of the institutes divided into two groups, the observation group were breast-conserving surgery combined with neoadjuvant therapy, group therapy using the traditional radical mastectomy. Ensure follow-up chemotherapy and postoperative follow-up, comprehensive comparison of the two groups of clinical efficacy. Result The results were observed during surgery operative time, blood loss, postoperative recovery time, data indicators morbidity, postoperative recovery levels, come in the observation group than the control group, a signiifcant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer compared to modiifed radical mastectomy, have obvious advantages, the performance of all aspects of the patient's body after surgery and rehabilitation and to regain conifdence in the surgery, worthy of clinical application.关键词
