探讨米非司酮联合卡前列甲酯栓在无痛人工流产术中的应用效果
The clinical effects of mifepristone combined with methyl bolt carboprost in anodynia induced abortion

Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of mifepristone combined with methyl bolt carboprost in anodynia induced abortion. Method 160 patients with first pregnancy undergone painless abortion were selected and randomzed into the observation group (n=80) and the control group (n=80) by number table, the observation group were treated with mifepristone combined with methyl bolt carboprost before the operation, and the control group were treated with mifepristone only before the operation, then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups. Result The cervix sufifcient soften rate was 58.8%(47/80), signiifcantly higher than 36.3%(29/80) in the control group (P < 0.01);the operation time of the observation group was signiifcantly shorter than the control group (P<0.01), and blood loss signiifcantly less than the control group (P < 0.01);and the complication rate of the observation group was signiifcantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone and methyl bolt carboprost can effectively soften the cervix, reduce intraoperative stimulation operations to the cervix, shorten the operation time, reduce surgical complications in anodynia induced abortion.关键词
