Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of small dose of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with malignant ventricular arrhythmia. Method 82 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with malignant ventricular arrhythmia were selected in our hospital. All patients were given an oral therapy of small dose of amiodarone combined with metoprolol, after 3 months of therapy, the holter related testing was performed to evaluate the therapeutic effect and adverse reaction of therapeutic process. Result After treatment, effective in 62 patients, 20 cases ineffective, the efficiency was 75.61%. The changes of the long QT interval before and after treatment showed no statistical signiifcant;after treatment, the short QT interval was signiifcantly longer than that before treatment;QT dispersion before treatment was (96±29) ms, after treatment, it was (64±17) ms, which was significantly shorter than before treatment. Mild nausea symptoms occurred in 8 patients during the treatment, 4 cases of sinus heartbeat bradycardia, the adverse reaction incidence rate was 14.63%. Conclusion Small dose of amiodarone combined with metoprolol in the treatment of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with malignant ventricular arrhythmia has better clinical efifcacy, can stabilize the patient's condition, improve the prognosis of the patients, and less adverse reaction, it is worth popularizing in clinic.关键词
