Abstract
Objective To explore the endocrine and metabolic characteristics of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Method Chose 50 patients from January 2010 to December 2012 in our hospital endocrine clinic, and divided them into index obese and non-obese group according to their obesity, then chose 25 cases of normal women as control group, compared blood lipid and hormone levels between different groups. Result There were signiifcant differences between different groups, the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), luteinizing hormone (LH), insulin (INS), testosterone (T) and prolactin (PRL) of obese and non-obese group were higher than the control group (Pal <0.05). Conclusion The patients of polycystic ovary syndrome had endocrine and metabolic disorder, the obese patients of the issue is prominent than non-obese patients, therefore we should take corresponding measures in view of this characteristic, and take some early prevention, then we can avoid the occurrence of more complications.关键词
