Abstract
Objective To study the application value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ureteral calculi. Method Clinical data of 200 patients with ureteral calculi detected by two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound were analyzed respectively, and the two examination results were compared with CT examination results, evaluated the diagnostic accuracy. Result Diagnostic results of color doppler ultrasound compared with spiral CT had no signiifcant difference (P > 0.05), and compared with two-dimensional ultrasonic detection of calculi situation, the ifrst and third stenosis in narrow ureter calculi had higher detection rate, difference was no statistical signiifcance (P > 0.05). But for the upper level of the third lumbar segment level and near the lower section between the second and third narrow and narrow stone detection rate at the second, color Doppler ultrasound was signiifcantly higher than the two-dimensional ultrasound examination (P < 0.01). Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound diagnosing ureteral calculi has high application value. Its detection rate of fallopian tube calculus increases signiifcantly, and it can provide important reference basis for clinical treatment.关键词
