摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of relevant factors digestive endoscopy diagnosed elderly patients with chronic atrophic gastritis. Method Selected 132 cases of elderly patients with gastritis, with endoscopy, pathology and comprehensive examination, subjected to a comprehensive examination. Compared endoscopic and pathologic examination of the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. Result Separately using endoscopy diagnosis rate was lower than the comprehensive and pathology examination, and the use of endoscopy alone sensitivity, speciifcity and accuracy were lower than the results of the use of biopsy histopathology, there were signiifcantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of clinical and endoscopic examination should be histopathological biopsy, and enhance the clinical diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis.关键词
