Abstract
ObjectiveTo investigate the application of vacuum sealing drainage in treating orthopaedic trauma.Method90 patients with orthopaedic trauma were selected from May 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital, they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each with 55 patients. Treatment group were treated with vacuum sealing drainage, control group were treated with routine dressing, and the total efifciency, the incidence rate of skin necrosis and osteomyelitis, change times of dressing, average maintenance time of dressing and cost of treatment were observed and compared.ResultThe total effective rate of treatment group (91.11%) was signiifcantly higher than control group (75.56%), the difference was signiifcant (χ2=3.92,P<0.05); the incidence rate of skin necrosis and osteomyelitis of treatment were 0%, control group were 8.89% and 13.33%, the difference was signiifcant (χ2=4.1860,P<0.05;χ2=6.4286,P<0.05), average maintenance time of dressing in treatment group was higher than that in control group, the difference was signiifcant (t=14.7536,P<0.01); change times of dressing, and treatment costs in treatment group were signiifcantly lower than that in control group, the difference was signiifcant (t=8.2170,P<0.01;t=8.2020, P<0.01).ConclusionVacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of orthopedics trauma has effective clinical curative, has no postoperative complications, treatment time is short and the cost is low, which should be widely applied in clinic.关键词
