摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo compare effect of minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation and open operation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Method75 patients with thoracolumbar fractures in our hospital from May 2010 to April 2013 were randomly divided into two groups. Control group received open operation, experiment group received minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw ifxation. Observed and compared the Fanterior lfange height, intervertebral height, protruding after Cobb Angle before and after operation, operation time, hospitalization time, blood loss volume, postoperative pain degree of patients between two groups.ResultAfter operation, anterior vertebral height, the height of intervertebral space of both groups increased, kyphotic Cobb angle decreased, had signiifcant difference compared with before operation (P<0.05). Above indexes between two groups after operation had no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). Compared with control group, patients in experimental group had a shorter hospital stay, less intraoperative blood loss, lower VAS score and had an significant difference (P<0.05). Operation time of patients in two groups had no signiifcant difference (P>0.05).ConclusionMinimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw ifxation and open operation can obtain satisfaction effect, minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw ifxation with small trauma, quick recovery and other advantages.关键词
