帕金森病的药物治疗效果分析

摘要
Abstract
ObjectiveTo discuss the drug treatment efficacy of Parkinson's disease.MethodSelected from January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital 60 cases of patients with Parkinson's disease, they were divided into experimental group and control group, each group had 30 cases, control group simply use dopamine; experimental group on the basis of magnesium sulfate injection. Compared the clinical effect of two group before and after treatment.ResultThe total efifciency of experimental group (90.0%) was higher than that of control group (73.3%), there was signiifcant difference (χ2=4.81,P<0.05).ConclusionDopamine combined with magnesium sulfate is worth in the future clinical use, it can enhance the efifcient of treatment in patients with Parkinson's disease.关键词
