Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of continuous blood purification on severe pneumonia combined with multiple organ failure in clinical application value. Method Selected from September 2011 to September 2014 50 cases of severe pneumonia combined with multiple organ failure as the research object, all of the patients in the routine maintenance treatment on the basis of the implementation of continuous blood puriifcation treatment, observed the clinical efifcacy of patients, monitoring and treatment before 24 hours and 24 hours, 48 hours after treatment the patients' blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory frequency, blood routine, blood gas analysis, blood coagulation function and changes of the indexes of liver and kidney function and the electrolyte, the acute physiology and chronic health evaluation systemⅡ(APACHEⅡ) grading evaluation of the patient's condition changes. Result After treatment, 50 cases of arterial blood gas and the renal function indexes compared with before treatment difference had statistical signiifcance (P < 0.05);returns to normal blood pressure were signiifcantly higher than those before treatment, respiratory frequency and heart rate and dosage of dopamine obvious drop, increase of urine, comparative differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);patients with a total of 29 cases treatment success, 21 cases of death, the successful rate was 58%, the survival of these patients were (group set to survive) after treatment of APACHE Ⅱscore signiifcantly lower than before treatment, treatment group (to death) death patients before the APACHEⅡscore signiifcantly higher than the survival group, comparative differences are statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous blood puriifcation in the treatment of severe pneumonia combination of multiple organ failure is an effective means, early implementation of the CBP therapy can improve the success rate of treatment;APACHEⅡscore evaluation indexes are sensitive and can be used to judge the prognosis of patients.关键词
