Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of functional endoscopic surgery and septoplasty for nasal polyp. Method 100 cases of chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps in our department from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Experimental group received endoscopic surgery+septoplasty, control group received only endoscopic surgery. General condition, the function assessment after 3 months and clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Result The operative time and hospital stay in experimental group were signiifcantly longer than control group, blood loss in experimental group was more than control group (P<0.01). VAS, SNOT-20 and CT Lund-Mackay scores in experimental group after 3 months were signiifcantly lower than control group, SF-36 scores and MTR were significantly higher than control group (P < 0.01). The efficiency of experimental group was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Functional endoscopic and septoplasty for nasal polyps can signiifcantly improve symptoms with signiifcant clinical effect, which should be widely applied.关键词
