Abstract
Objective Study of schizophrenic patients with antipsychotic drugs treatment on the electroc-ardiogram (ECG) and cardiac ultrasound examination results. Method Our hospital randomly 120 patients with schizophrenia were divided into group A, B,and C, 40 cases in each group, group A were treated with risperidone, and group B with quetiapine fumarate tablets treatment, group C were treated with ziprasidone treatment, compared the changes of three groups of QT intervals of ECG, T wave before and after treatment in patients with abnormal ST-T down, and echocardiography, left ventricular end diastolic diameter index. Result Before treatment, three groups of patients with QT intervals, sinusHeartbeat and changes of ST-T wave speed, T the number of cases of depression had no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). Compared with the group before treatment, after treatment, three groups of patients with prolonged QT interval, T wave changes, ST-T depression, sinusHeartbeat occurred in the number of cases were signiifcantly increased inspeed, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05);after treatment, group C after prolonged QT interval was more obvious, sinus tachycardia, Heartbeat changes of T wave, ST-T depression occurred in the number of cases increased signiifcantly, compared with group A, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05);the left ventricular end diastolic diameter, ejection fraction, comparison of the difference between three groups of patients were not signiifcant (P>0.05). Compared with before treatment, after treatment the patients in the three groups of the above indicators were obviously improved (P<0.05), after four weeks of treatment, patients in group C than in group A left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, ejection fraction was signiifcantly lower (P<0.05). Conclusion All have a signiifcant impact on the heart function of patients with the spirit of using antipsychotic drugs in schizophrenia treatment, risperidone, quetiapine fumarate tablets less adverse effects on the heart produces than ziprasidone treatment.关键词
