双气囊小肠镜与胶囊内镜对小肠出血诊疗的有效性与安全性对照探究OACSTPCD
Comparative study of double-balloon enteroscopy and capsule endoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of small intestine bleeding
目的：探讨双气囊小肠镜（DBE）与胶囊内镜（CE）对小肠出血诊疗的有效性、安全性及DBE的治疗价值。方法将2006年1月至2012年12月本院治疗的103例疑为小肠出血患者分为两组，A组（54例）患者接受DBE检查，发现活动性出血行内镜下止血；B组（49例）患者接受CE检查。对比两组患者病变检出率、病因诊断率、检查时间、耐受性评分以及不良反应发生情况，并分析DBE对活动性出血的止血效果。结果 A组患者病变检出率为94.4%，病因诊断率为81.5%…查看全部>>
