Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of labor ball combined with GT-A4 doula analgesia meter in whole labor process painless childbirth. Method Selected from December 2012 to August 2013 in our hospital 240 cases of obstetric maternal childbirth, according to the order of admission, randomly divided into observation group and control group, 120 cases in each group. Observation group on the basis of birth doula were given birth ball with GT-A4 type doula analgesia device, control group only given birth doula. Compared two groups of maternal pain, blood loss, labor, cesarean section rate, visual analogue scale (VAS) score and Apgar score. Result The VAS score, rate of cesarean section, labor time and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage in observe group were signiifcantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01), but there was not signiifcantly difference in Apgar of the newborn between two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Labor ball combined with GT-A4 doula analgesia meter can effectively reduce maternal childbirth pain, labor time, cesarean section rate, and postpartum bleeding, but did not cause adverse effects on newborns, worthy of promotion.关键词
