Abstract
Objective To explore the ultrasonographic features of thyroid nodules and iflter out the most significant features. Method 130 thyroid nodules in 92 patients were studied with gray-scaleand color doppler ultrasound before surgery. The sonographic features were analyzed and hesensitivity and speciifcity of ultrasonographic features were calculated. The mostsigniifcant features were screened out by multi-factor analysis. Result According to the results of single factor analysis, the shape, boundary, dizzy, minute calciifcation, internal echo, echo, echo level uniformity, the distribution patterns of blood lfow, blood vessels and lymph node enlargement of thyroid benign/malignant nodules were the signiifcantly ultrasonic ultrasonographic characteristics between different groups (P<0.05). Multiariable Logistic regression analysis showed that the boundary, tiny calciifcation, echo level, blood lfow line distribution and blood vessels into the regression model, were signiifcant difference characteristics (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound is a very effective inspection method in diagnosis ofthyroid nodules. Not clear boundary, tiny calciifcation, low level of echo, the distribution patterns of blood lfow in internal blood lfow signal line, irregular rich blood vessels and the malignant degree of thyroid nodule are positively correlated, the more above characteristics appear, the greater possibility of malignant thyroid nodule.关键词
