Abstract
Objective To study the practice of minimally invasive abortion termination application value and curative effect. Method Selected our hospital from January 2010 to September 2013 treated with artiifcial abortion for pregnant women 120 cases, according to different ways of abortion were divided into traditional surgery group and microtubules minimally invasive surgery group, 60 cases in each group. Microtubules minimally invasive surgery minimally invasive group of pregnant women underwent microtubules abortion, pregnant women, traditional surgery group underwent vacuum aspiration. Observed the two groups postoperative pain, operation time, amount of bleeding during the operation, the effect and the time of vagina bleeding. Result Microtubule minimally invasive surgery group of pregnant women 1 grade pain than traditional surgery group, 2, 3 grade pain than traditional surgery group was less, operative time, blood loss were signiifcantly less than traditional surgery group, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). Two groups of pregnant women were fully abortion, microtubules minimally invasive surgery group of pregnant women after vaginal bleeding time was (4.3±2.9) minutes, traditional surgery group was (7.8±2.9) minutes, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Microtubules invasive than traditional abortion vacuum aspiration, pregnant women have less pain, less bleeding, success rate of miscarriage, is the termination of early pregnancy ideal option.关键词
