摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of uterine artery embolization for the treatment of intractable postpartum hemorrhage. Method Selected patients with refractory postpartum hemorrhage 65 cases in our hospital from October 2012 to April 2014 for the study, compared the clinical effect of uterine artery embolization, pelvic artery ligation, uterine gauze. Postpartum hemorrhage, bleeding time, the total length of surgery and treatment efifciency were compared under three treatments of patients. Result The postpartum hemorrhage, bleeding time, the total length of surgery of patients with uterine artery embolization therapy was signiifcantly better than the pelvic artery ligation, uterine gauze (P < 0.05). Efifciency of patients who used uterine artery embolization, uterine tamponade and pelvic artery ligation for treatment was 100.0%, 80.0%and 68.4%. Patients with pelvic and uterine artery ligation gauze treatment failure could choose uterine artery embolization. Conclusion Uterine artery embolization in patients with intractable postpartum hemorrhage, adopt to a wider range of trauma, less postpartum bleeding, bleeding fast, safe and effective, worthy of clinical application.关键词
