摘要

Abstract

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical rehabilltation of upper limb robot in the treatment of shoulder subluxation of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Method According to the random number table, 60 cases shoulder subluxation of stroke patients with hemiplegia in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 30 cases for each. Control group was taken with routine rehabilitation treatment, while experimental group added upper limb robot on the basis of control group. The clinical recovery, FMA-UE, FIM, AHI and MMT score of the two groups were compared after 2 weeks treatment. Result The total effective rate was 76.67%in control group, higher than that in experimental group (93.33%), there was statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05);there was statistical signiifcant difference in the experimental group before and after treatment (P<0.05);upper limb robot group was signiifcantly better than control group in reducing AHI score and increase FMA, FIM, MMT score, there was statistical signiifcance between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Upper limb robot can relieve the clinical symptoms of shoulder subluxation of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
