血液透析治疗尿毒症合并冠心病临床效果观察
Clinical effect of hemodialysis on treating uremia complicating coronary heart disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance of hemodialysis on treating uremia patients complicating coronary heart disease. Method A total of 27 uremia complicating coronary heart disease patients who received treatment in our hospital were recruited in this study received maintenance hemodialysis and then statistics regarding deaths and occurrence of cardiovascular complications of these patients during the period were made. Result During the period of maintenance hemodialysis, 3 case (11.11%) died of myocardial infarction following 3 years of dialysis, 2 case (7.41%) died of serious infection after 16 months of dialysis and 1 case (3.70%) died of cerebral infarction 1 year later, with the general mortality rate of 22.22%and survival rate of 77.78%. During the 8925 case-times hemodialysis, the case-time of hypotension, hypertension, arrhythmia, angina pectoris and heart failure were 1224 (13.71%), 598 (6.70%), 315 (3.53%), 238 (2.67%) and 209 (2.34%) respectively. There was signiifcant change in all factors of patients after the treatment, signiifcant difference existed after and before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion The maintenance hemodialysis can improve the survival rate of uremia complicating coronary heart disease patient, but the incidence rate of cardiovascular complications still remains at a higher level, so it is necessary to offer close monitoring during the period of dialysis to actively prevent and control such complications.关键词
