Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of biifd triple viable capsules combined with mesalazine on T lymphocyte subsets and cytokines in patients with ulcerative colitis. Method 64 patients of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 32 cases in each group. Bifid triple viable capsules combined with mesalazine were used in treatment group and mesalazine alone was used in control group. The clinical efifcacy, recurrence rate, T lymphocyte subsets and cytokines of blood serum were compared between the two groups. Result In treatment group, CD4+and CD4+/CD8+of peripheral blood signiifcantly increased, CD8+signiifcantly reduced, statistically signiifcant difference compared with control group (P<0.05). In treatment group, the IL-2 and IL-12 of serum were signiifcantly increased, IL-10 was signiifcantly reduced, statistically signiifcant difference compared with control group (P<0.05). Clinical curative effect of treatment group improved signiifcantly, the recurrence rate was signiifcantly reduced, statistically signiifcant difference compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Using probiotics combined with mesalazine treatment of ulcerative colitis can reduce recurrence rate and improve curative effect, worth clinical promotion.关键词
