摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the distribution of infectious pathogens in pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), and analyze the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria. Method Collected from January 2014 to June 2014 in our hospital PICU 70 patients were infected with a total of 160 specimens, by monitored pathogen culture and sensitivity test specimens and antibiotic resistance. Result 160 specimens after submission of pathogens cultured 96 isolates (60.0%) were positive. The gram negative bacilli was 46 isolates (47.9%), gram positive bacilli was 35 isolates (36.5%), 15 (15.6%) strains of fungi. Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae resistance were higher, the majority of gramnegative bacilli to imipenem, meropenem more sensitive, and grampositive cocci to vancomycin and teicoplanin Lanin more sensitive. Conclusion Children with high bacterial infections occurred in PICU, effective treatment, the clinical use of antibiotics should be targeted by bacterial resistance monitoring, avoid blind applications, and reduce the use of antibiotics, reasonable treatment plan, promote the rehabilitation of children.关键词
