Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of hysteromyoma and study its related risk factors so that it could provide a certain basis for the clinical diagnosis and prevention. Method Collected clinical data of 216 patients with uterine ifbroids treated in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2014, used 1:1 case-control study investigation and analysis, through the single factor analysis and Logistic regression model analysis to analyze uterine ifbroids related risk factors. Result There were statistically signiifcant difference in the age of first marriage, number of abortions, accumulative total lactation time between two groups of subjects (P<0.05). The older of marriage age, more times of abortion increased the risk of uterine ifbroids, while the longer accumulative lactation time obviously reduced the risk of uterine ifbroids. Intaking of more meat increased the risk of uterine ifbroids;intaking of more soy foods, vegetables and fruits, more physical exercise often could reduce the risk of uterine ifbroids. Complicated with mammary gland hyperplasia, chronic gynaecologic inlfammatory disease, ifrst-degree relatives of patients with uterine ifbroids could signiifcantly increase the risk of the incidence of uterine fibroids. Conclusion Both reduction of abortion times and extending lactation time, both intaking more soy foods, fruits, vegetables and increasing physical exercise are protection factors of uterine ifbroids, while mammary gland hyperplasia, chronic gynaecologic inlfammation, ifrst-degree relatives suffering from uterine ifbroids might be the high risk factors of uterine ifbroids.关键词
