Abstract
Objective Study the clinical effect of artificial lens implantation, trabeculectomy and phacoemulsiifcation in the treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract. Method Chose 82 patients in our hospital from December 2009 to April 2014 for treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract, according to the time patients were divided into control group and observation group, 41 cases in each group. The observation group underwent artificial lens implantation, trabeculectomy and phacoemulsification treatment, the control group underwent artiifcial lens implantation, trabeculectomy and extracapsular cataract extraction. Observed and compared vision, astigmatism, intraocular pressure of the two groups after operation 1, 2, 4 weeks. Result Patients in observation group operation of decompression efifciency was 95.1%(39/41), control group was 92.7%(38/41), the difference between the two groups was not signiifcant (P > 0.05). Visual acuity of observation group after 1, 2, 4 weeks was signiifcantly better than control group, the astigmatism was signiifcantly less than control group, the difference was signiifcant (P < 0.05, P < 0.01). Conclusion Artiifcial lens implantation, trabeculectomy and phacoemulsification treatment for glaucoma complicated with cataract compared with conventional incision method, can signiifcantly enhance the visual acuity, lower astigmatism, worthy of clinical application.关键词
