Abstract
Objective To explore the effect for the treatment of chronic nasal sinusitis with the septum diorthosis under endoscope. Method 96 cases patients with chronic nasal sinusitis were randomly divided into two groups using random indicator method, with control group treated by routine sinuses open surgery treatment and observation group treated by nasal septum operation under nasal endoscopy, compared the two groups of patients with curative effects and postoperative complications. Result Observation group of patients treatment effective rate was 91.67%(44/48), signiifcantly higher than control group [54.17%(26/48)] (P < 0.05). Observation group of patients incidence of postoperative complications was 10.42% (5/48), signiifcantly lower than control group [45.83%(22/48)] (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nasal septum operation under nasal endoscopy has high efifcacy and safety, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
