Abstract
Objective To explore the treatment on the immune function of patients with advanced ovarian cancer peritoneal hyperthermia combined with TP regimen. Method Selected the hospital from May 2012 to May 2014, 117 patients with advanced ovarian cancer, according to a random number table method divided into observation group (n=58) and control group (n=59). The two groups of patients were given TP chemotherapy, patients in observation group were based on the use of intraperitoneal hyperthermia. Compared the two groups of patients with curative effect in the near future, the occurrence of changes of peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, CD8 +T lymphocyte levels and CD4 +/CD8 +ratio and adverse reactions. Result The effective rate of observation group was 74.1%(43/58), control group was 50.8%(30/59), the observation group curative effect was signiifcantly better than control group (P < 0.05). Observation group with nausea and vomiting, allergic reactions, neutropenia incidence were significantly lower than control group (P < 0.05), the two groups of patients with liver injury rate had no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). After treatment observation group patients with CD3+, CD4+T lymphocyte levels, CD4+/CD8+ratio were increased signiifcantly, CD8+T lymphocyte level was signiifcantly decreased (P < 0.05), control group after treatment in patients with elevated levels of CD4+, CD8+T lymphocyte and CD4+/CD8+ratio were signiifcantly decreased (P<0.05);observation group after treatment CD3+, CD4+T lymphocyte levels and CD4+/CD8+ratio were signiifcantly higher than control group, the level of CD8+T lymphocyte was lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Intraperitoneal hyperthermia combineal with TP regimen play a better results of treatment in advanced ovarian cancer, in improving the prognosis and helps the improvement of immune function, the long-term prognosis and inlfuencing mechanism remains to be conifrmed by further studies.关键词
