糖尿病治疗过程中发生低血糖的原因分析

Abstract
ObjectiveTo analyze the causes of hypoglycemia during the treatment of diabetes, and to provide evidence for the prevention of hypoglycemia during the treatment of diabetes.MethodSelected from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital 80 cases during the treatment of occurrence of hypoglycemia in diabetic patients as observation group; selected the same period during the treatment of 80 cases did not occur hypoglycemia in diabetic patients as control group. Retrospective analysed of the clinical data of the two groups of patients, the reasons for the occurrence of hypoglycemia in the observation group were treated with the corresponding hypoglycemic scheme.ResultThe difference of age, course of disease, body mass index (BMI), serum creatinine (Cr) and urinary microalbumin (UMA) between the two groups were signiifcant (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that, the age, Cr and UMA were independent risk factors of hypoglycemia evoked. Observation group because of the pre mixed human insulin for the treatment of 25 cases (31.25%) of hypoglycemia. The proportion was higher than other treatment options; due to diet rules induced hypoglycemia in 33 cases (41.25%). The proportion was higher than other incentives.Conclusion Hypoglycemia occurred in the treatment of diabetes with the patient's age, BMI, Cr and UMA and other indicators, should take targeted treatment measures to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.关键词
