Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect and recurrence of esophagus dilatation treatment for esophageal cancer patients with postoperative anastomotic stenosis.Method50 patients with esophageal cancer postoperative anastomotic stenosis in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were given esophagus dilatation operation. All patients were follow-up for 6 months, the treatment effects, complications and recurrences were observed.Result50 cases of patients with symptoms after treatment were different degrees of ease, remission rate was 100%, the degree of dififculty swallowing improve at levels 0 orⅠ, level 0 was 45 cases, levelⅠwas 5 cases. 6 months follow-up, none of patients with complications, and found no recurrence of symptoms.ConclusionEsophageal dilatation in the treatment of esophageal cancer postoperative anastomotic stricture is effective, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
