Abstract
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy and safety of hyperbaric oxygen combined with naloxone for rescuing acute toxic coma.Method109 cases of acute toxic coma in our hospital from March 2006 to March 2014 were selected as the research objects, and according to the random table number were divided into observation group (n=56) and control group (n=53). Observation group were given hyperbaric oxygen combined with naloxone treatment, control group were given naloxone. Compared two groups of time of acoma, total effective rate and average hospitalization time.ResultObservation group after treatment of coma to waking time<6 hours was signiifcantly higher than control group, and>24 hours of patients was signiifcantly lower than control group (P<0.05); and the two groups of patients with coma to waking time proportion of 6~12 hours, 12~24 hours had no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.21% (55/56), control group was 84.91% (45/53), the difference between the two groups was signiifcant (P<0.05). The average hospitalization time of the observation group was signiifcantly shorter than control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with naloxone in the treatment of acute toxic coma is signiifcant, it can signiifcantly accelerate awake time, shorten the hospitalization time, it is safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.关键词
