复方苦参注射液联合放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌
Compound Kushen injection combined with concurrent radiochemotherapy for patients with locally ad-vanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the result and side effect of Compound Kushen injection combined with NP regiment concurrent chemoradiotherapy (IMRT)for 112 patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods From January 2006 to January 2009,112 patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were divided into 2 groups,i. e,the observation and control group. In the observation group,the pa-tients were gived NP regiment concurrent chemoradiotherapy(IMRT). In the control group,Compound Kushen injection combined with concurrent radiochemotherapy was given 15 ml once a day for 14 days. Results The follow up rate were 100% in the two groups. The 1-,3-and 5-year overall survival rates,locoregional relapse-free survival rates,distant metastasis-free survival rates,disease-free-survival rates were no difference between two groups. There were fewer patients who had overall leukopenia and thrombocytopenia decline,acute mucosi-tis and neck dermatitis with 3 and 4 grade in control group compared with observion group. Conclusions Com-pound Kushen injection combined with NP regiment concurrent chemoradiotherapy for advanced NPC can a-chieve fine result in clinical response and and effect is clinically acceptable.关键词
