摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between leptin,leptin receptor and breast cancer in-vasion and metastasis .Methods To measure BMI of patients with benign breast disease and breast cancer. According to the number of axilla lymph node metastasis from low to high,the patients were divided into five groups using immunohistochemical S-P method to detect breast cancer tissue of the expression of leptin and lep-tin receptor in different groups.ELASE method was used to study the serum leptin.Results The BMI of be-nign breast disease was 24.36 ±3.74,breast cancer patients was 25.77 ±4.12 comparing with statistical signif-icance (P =0.028).Leptin receptors in the tissue of 5 groups were expressed as:A:147.93 ±12.31 B:125.03 ±16.15 C:113.85 ±17.59 D:107.25 ±12.85,E:80.47 ±7.38,leptin receptors in the tissue of 5 groups were expressed as:A:147.93 ±12.31 B:125.03 ±16.15 C:113.85 ±17.59 D:107.25 ±12.85, E:80.47 ±7.38.Leptin in 5 groups in the organization were expressed as A:16.378 ±0.471 B:21.393 ± 1.551 C:28.978 ±2.570 D:35.706 ±2.942,E:39.186 ±7.377.Conclusion Obesity is a risky factor of breast cancer.Leptin and its receptor expressed in different groups within the organization increases in turn,in-dicating leptin and its receptor promote metastasis and recurrence of breast cancer.关键词
