Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of SWOT analysis method in the construction and development of the province tumor hospital new district outpatient service. Methods:It was analyzed which construction and development of the provincial cancer hospital district outpatient through using the SWOT analysis method. Results: The advantages and disadvantages, the opportunities and threats of new outpatient service were found by using the SWOT analysis. The corresponding development strategy of SO, WO, ST, WT were established and implemented, It made new outpatient service to achieve the sustained growth. Conclusion:The SWOT analysis method is feasible and useful to promote the development of new district hospital outpatient service better.关键词
