术前同步放化疗在晚期宫颈癌中的临床疗效评价

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of preoperative concurrent chemoradiotherapy in treating advanced cervical carcinoma. Methods:Advanced cervical carcinoma patients randomly divided into observation group given nedaplatin concurrent chemoradiotherapy and control group given cisplatin concurrent chemoradiotherapy. Then TNM stage after chemoradiotherapy, cases of adverse reactions during chemoradiotherapy and long-term survival condition were observed. Results:(1)TNM stage of observation group were lower than those of control group;(2)The cases of anorexia, nausea and vomiting, leukopenia,thrombocytopenia, elevated serum creatinine, elevated ALT, pulmonary toxicity were lower than those of control group;(3)1 years, 2 years, 3 years after surgery, survival rates of observation group were separately 91.4%, 82.8%, 74.3%, which were higher than those of control group. Conclusion:Nedaplatin based concurrent chemoradiotherapy have positive clinical value for it can effectively reduce tumor staging and adverse reaction, increase the survival rate.关键词
