基于“银医一卡通”自助医疗服务系统的应用与研究
Development and application of self-service medical system-based bank-medical card
摘要
Abstract
Objective:By the application of medical service system based on the bank-medical card in outpatient department, the system architecture, functions, features and implementation effects will be discussed in this article. Methods: With the docking of banking system and the hospital information system, the payment can be conducted through the combination of bank and medical treatment directly. The services including the medical information exchange, settlement of accounts can be realized in the process of treatment. Results: A series of self services such as card issuance, binding, registration, taking the number, payment, reports query and printing could be finished by patients easily, which reduces the queuing time for registration and the multiple payment effectively. Conclusion: The application of medical service system based on the bank-medical card in outpatient department is effective to raise the efficiency of doctors’ office visiting and improve the quality of medical services for patients.关键词
