摘要
Abstract
Objective:To pediatric patients with scalp venous indwelling needle infusion therapy, and special care for children, and analyze its clinical effect. Methods:from 2011 February to 2012 August in our hospital outpatient department of pediatrics infusion in 180 cases, All the children were using scalp venous indwelling needle infusion therapy, and special care for children, and observe its clinical index. Results:after the treatment, the disposable puncture success rate was 93.3%, the blood pollution rate is 5.6%, the injection time (P<0.01) and before use, contrast, statistically significant differences. Conclusion:infusion of pediatric patients with scalp superficial vein indwelling, in clinical application is safe and reliable, convenient and feasible, but also can reduce the pain of patients, reduce the workload of nursing staff, is worthy of clinical use.关键词
