摘要
Abstract
Objective: To introduce the importance of common species of nondestructive testing in industrial production, discuss the calibration and verification methods for common nondestructive testing equipment. Methods:To introduce the common nondestructive testing equipment and main performance index, clarify the calibration criteria of nondestructive testing equipment and the main parameters, and the significance and main implementations of verification for calibration results. Results:To verify the repeatability, reproducibility, destructivity of the nondestructive testing equipment, to confirm whether they can meet the requirements and achieve the purpose of quality control. Conclusion:The proper methods of nondestructive testing and the equipments with good performances, and verifying calibration results and requirements of usage, can guarantee to improve the accuracy of NDT data and make the foundation to serve the safety of production.关键词
