医学工程人员工作量化绩效考核的研究探讨

Abstract
Objective:To further improve the level of medical equipment maintenance support, arouse the enthusiasm of young engineers, and play the"incentive bonus"effect. Methods: to collect before and after the performance appraisal department monthly total maintenance work and one engineer monthly bonus data and then to divide into two groups, using T test method to analyze the two sets data. Results:Amount of work before and after contrast, both difference;Bonus before and after the data contrast (t=2.49, t=3.81;P<0.01) there were significant differences between the two. Conclusion:After the performance appraisal the work and bonus are significantly increased, the distribution of quantitative performance evaluation bonus can significantly enhance the work enthusiasm of young medical professionals, and improve the level of medical equipment maintenance support.关键词
