心肌桥的影像学研究进展
Imaging studies of the myocardial bridge are reviewed

Abstract
Myocardial bridge is a common coronary artery anatomy of the congenital dysplasia, conventional wisdom is that it is a kind of benign lesions, without causing clinical signs and symptoms, but recent studies have shown that it can lead to cardiac arrhythmia, myocardial infarction, sudden death of the occurrence of adverse cardiovascular events, so for the detection of myocardial bridge has important clinical significance. Selective coronary angiography were reviewed, multislice CT angiography and radionuclide imaging and intravascular ultrasound imaging techniques for the detection of myocardial bridge, clinical value and limits, comprehensive analysis, think that multislice CT angiography is the first choice for diagnosis of myocardial bridge.关键词
